Father God is the Creator of the universe but Jesus and the Holy Spirit were there at creation and a big part of the process. Father God is who Adam and Eve spent time with and the first one to find them in their fallen state. He also made the first clothes Genesis, 3:21. (This scripture is what got me in the clothing business.) You and I can not look on God and live, in fact, no man can see God and survive.

I'm not sure the exact reason but I'm sure it has something to do with how magnificent, powerful, majestic (you get the picture) God is and if we looked at Him in our physical body we would be vaporized. (or something like that, ok maybe I've watched one too many sci-fi-movies)

Whatever the reason no man has ever seen the Father but let's read John 14:6-11Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. “If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.”

Philip said to Him, “Lord, show us the Father, and it is sufficient for us.” Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?

Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works. Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves.

Jesus told His disciples if they have seen Him, then they have seen the Father. That is an amazing statement and one I'm sure has many different levels of truth. Jesus told His disciples multiple times about His Father and now they are given a "look" at God. He looks just like Jesus (or Jesus looks just like Him) but what about the Holy Spirit?

Not long after the conversation about His Father, Jesus drops a "bombshell" on His disciples. Jesus tells them He is going to go away (#dieonthecross) but it was better for them if He leaves.

Before we read the verse I want you to stop and think about what His disciples were thinking. In the last 3+ years, they had seen blind eyes open, the dead raised, Jesus (and Peter) walking on water, and everyone who came to Jesus sick, healed. If you were there what would you have thought?

John 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.

This statement would require much faith. (and still does) I want to ask you a question. (Be honest) If Jesus was here right now on earth do you believe there would there be a problem with the Coronavirus? Jesus said I would be better if He left but while He was here He healed all sickness and disease.

How could it be better if He wasn't here? Because His Spirit is just as powerful on you or me as He was on Jesus. So where is the disconnect? I believe I can sum it up in one word... unbelief.

God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit are all God and are all mighty and powerful but you and I have been begging God to do what He has commanded and commissioned us to do.

Plain and simple you need to make one simple change. (not easy but simple) You need to quit reading your Bible and instead start believing your Bible.
