Have you ever tried to do something for God? I have and the first question that came to my mind was, "Does God need my help?" Then right after that question, "Why me?" My name is Greg Ryan and I am the owner/creator of 12:11 Apparel and I have a confession, I don't have any business owning a clothing company.
My only reason for staying with this idea is because God will not let me drop it. I've told Him I am not worthy, there has to be someone better and He gave me this scripture.
1 Corinthians 1:26-29
For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence.

God has a way of speaking to me through His word that takes away all my excuses. He does not call the wise, mighty, or noble, He calls regular folks like you and me. Have you ever studied the Jesus 12 disciples? They were regular men.
The idea for the clothing business came when I read Genesis 3:21
Also for Adam and his wife the Lord God made tunics of skin, and clothed them.
Here is where I remind you I make a horrible Holy Spirit. I have not wrote one word in the Bible so all I can do is read God's word and learn to apply it to my life.
God created the first clothes. He did it in an answer to sin. Then the thought came to me, "Why not use our clothes to help believers fulfill the Great Commission?"

Here is where I need to insert my testimony.
I never went to church as a child. In fact, I lived across the street from a Baptist church growing up and never went in. For the first 29.5 years I was on the wrong side. I had no idea I was in a battle between good and evil. I thought I was for God but I found out salvation was not about what I thought but it is all about what Jesus did for me and how I responded to what He did for me over 2,000 years ago.
God drew me to Himself and now I want to help as many people as I can discover my Lord and Savior.
In the above video I give a quick testimony and explanation of how and why I created 12:11 Apparel.
While developing the clothing line I also saw a need to help encourage Christians to share their faith with others. 12:11 Apparel provides free training and witnessing tracts with every purchase.
